Want to meet San Diego Adults with the same passion for Gymnastics? Open Gym at Elite Gymnastics Academy In this all-around class designed for men and women gymnasts from beginner to advanced, we work on all the men's and women's Olympic events: Vault, Bars, Beam, & Floor for women and Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Rings, & Floor for men. We also provide stretching and conditioning time so you can get stronger and more flexible under the watchful eyes of our great coaches. We know it's sometimes hard for our adult athletes to attend all classes in a month due to other work and family obligations. That's why our Adult Open Gym class is a pay-as-you-go type class. Pay only when you attend. No long-term commitment required. Please note that a current waiver is required for all participants in the Adult Open Gym class. Students under the age of 18 will need to have their waiver signed by a parent/guardian. This class is an open gym format, so you can work on the things you want, when you want.
