… I have also found a great location where your child can have a gymnastics lesson while you exercise.  I've been providing this service at Kinetic Gymnastics for 8 months now and it truly works.  There is nothing as cool as exercising with a great group of people while your kid is running by yelling, "Mommy watch this".  Family Fitness works and it is such a great example for our children.   Please try out a class and or contact me with location ideas.
